Crock-pot Meatloaf

Ok, so Ed gets me this great new cookbook for crock-pots from America's Test Kitchen. We made the recipe for Classic Meatloaf and it was pretty good! I was shocked that a meatloaf of all things can be cooked in a crock-pot! Now I can't wait to try some more recipes from the book and keep the kitchen cooler! Whee ha!

    Sounds good! We make lahsagneeah, and paskebbi crock pot style too.

    Oh that sounds good too! Will have to try those. I'll do just about anything to keep the kitchen cooler, LOL!
